Failure to file a return of beneficial ownership under Sections 222 and 224 (4) of the Companies Ordinance, within the stipulated period under section 222 of 1984, the director of the listed company was required to file a return of beneficial ownership on return file 32. , But he failed to do so. The director of this company thus violated the provisions of section 222 of the Ordinance of 1984, but upon receipt of a letter from the Commission, he had filed Form 32, as before. Fifteen thousand rupees was fined in view of the issue. The Companies Ordinance was imposed on the Director under section 224 (4) of 1984 and no further penalty was imposed on the permanent default.
