SADDAR-UD-DIN versus GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTAN THROUGH SECRETARY, COMMUNICATION AND WORKS DEPARTMENT QUETTA

The Inquiry Committee or the relevant department was not known, the publication may have been under the provisions of the Expedition and Discipline Line Rules, 1992, in the paper it was assumed that the appellant had been in judicial custody for a long time and had begun a departmental proceeding. The services could be served by the jail authority, the appellant who was a civil servant and suspended was entitled. Applicants were instructed to pay salaries for all the privileges required under FR 53 of the Basic Rules Authority.
