The delimitation was the authority's independence. Any officer was deposed to participate in the delimitation process, but there was no reason or justification for not deploying a joint commission that was appointed with the consent of the parties. Authorities were unable to identify any legal flaws or defects in this demarcation report. According to the provisions of the law, the objections were rejected and the authority was instructed not to issue any objection certificate accordingly.
