Section 5, Schedule Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Application Delay Dawar and Entitlement Husband has claimed that no amount of delayed dower can be claimed between the parties till divorce or death of husband. However, the Family Appeal Court as well as the lower appellate court discussed the record and the evidence and material available to the High Court while exercising the powers under Article 199 of the Constitution could not be used in the re-examination of evidence. The results of both courts do not hurt. The guarantee of interference with any illegal proceedings or material misconduct was dropped by the High Court petition
