Date of hearing: 14th March 1968.
‑This is a petition by a complainant for leave to appeal from an order of the High Court, maintaining the convictions of the first three respondents herein but reduc ing the sentences of the first two respondents from death to transportation for life.
Learned counsel appearing in support of this petition points out that the said respondents have also filed an appeal to this Court under Article 58 (2) (b) of the Constitution. If this is so, then let this petition come up for hearing along with the said appeal.
Order accordingly.
