Section 10 Refusal to receive rent from landlord. Submission of rent to the court by the tenant The tenant did not send the rent to the landlord through a money order before submitting the rent, according to Sections 10 (2) and 10 (3) of the Sindh Tenant Cover Ordinance 1979, The landlord was obliged to make every effort to pay the rent directly, and in case of refusal to accept the rent, it must be sent by postal money order and the landlord refuses to accept the money order. In case, the tenant will have the freedom to submit the rent to the court, the tenant will receive the rent from the landlord through a money order. Refused to accept rent, could not submit the rent directly to the court.
