‑A case under section 364/147 of the Pakistan Penal Code has been registered at Police Station, Civil Lines, Lyallpur, against these two petitioners and seven others. The contention of the learned counsel that no overt act has been assigned to those petitioners, finds support from the report which was lodged at the Police Station. We, therefore, grant leave to appeal as prayed. The petitioners will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate.
Leave granted.
