The petitioners' convictions under sec tions 325/34 and 324/34 of the Pakistan Penal Code have been upheld on appeal and in revision. They now seek special leave to appeal to this Court.
The points raised by the learned counsel merely go to the appreciation of the evidence. Following our usual practice we decline to re‑examine the evidence for the fourth time in the absence of violation of any legal principle in appreciation of the evidence. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Leave refused.
