Article 199 Constitution Petition claims demolition of premises that his mother owns a double-storeyed building which has been demolished and, under the judgment of the High Court, he was entitled to two plots and Rs.100,000. One plot and the applicant was given Rs 50,000. If the applicant was still angry and claimed another plot and Rs 50,000, he could file a case for his recovery or a constitutional jurisdiction. According to someone else who can take appropriate action, the High Court cannot enjoy it. A petition that was based on disputed facts was dismissed as constitutional
