The unanimous result of the two courts below the section 7 Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), the amendments to the section 115 divorce petitioner (husband), was that both lower courts failed to appreciate that between the parties. There was no marital relationship. The specific case on the issue that could be decided by the Petitioner's Courts failed to state whether he had applied before the lower courts in connection with the issue referred to in his amendment, or in fact he had given his wife his Had divorced accordingly. According to the requirement of Muslim Family Law Ordinance, 1961, Section 7, Muslim Family Law Ordinance, 1961, no notice of this divorce was available, even on the basis of appeal there was nothing in relation to the applicant's argument that the petition. Nevertheless, the trial court failed to resolve the issue, nor did the appellate court request that the same High Court refuse to interfere with the lower courts' conclusions, in review.
