By no means is it equivalent to a professional engineering degree against a postsecondary, with a bachelor's degree in professional engineers and a diploma in associate engineering not equivalent to a BSc (civil engineering), so they have to be assigned to these engineers. Could not have been registered with the Engineering Engineering Authority in Pakistan. The Pakistan Engineering Council did not register only the disciplinary engineers as there was a specific post for the engineers; the registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council was mandatory if the authorities promoted the persons not only in violation of the Pakistan Engineering Council.
