BASHIR AHMAD SHEIKHI versus SME BANK LIMITED
Article 199 The Constitutional Jurisdiction of the High Court Scope Master and the Employer Bank Employee Voluntary Separation Scheme, which the Bank offered to its employees, in the present case, was a purely contractual matter between the bank and its employees, Was presented to the payer as a complete and final settlement by them. Employer Bank did not have any legal rules in place which governed the employees' terms and conditions of service. It is likely that the applicant has no lawful legal right or the question of infringement Is born The applicant, while accepting the final payment of the scheme, did not make any protection, dispute or complaint regarding the amount paid, which shows that he was satisfied with the final payment, of the amount paid for the last salary. The release appears to be a delay in generating consideration before the authorized forum (after 1 1/2 years) on CTS, service-based accounting and so on any closing agreement and money. There was no recovery suit for which there was another forum available for the applicant in which the relationship between the master and the maid was also made and the applicant was the other person. Demand was also relieved. Unsolicited solution before High Court, constitutional petition dismissed
