The inquiry was ordered earlier and the inquiry ended in disapproval The order to be approved without allowing the inquiry process was not given to the employee the appropriate opportunity to restrain himself; and secondly, the dismissal order which was approved in a hurry caused a scandal with the employees. Happened, that couldn't stop the field. The unidentified order was placed in violation of the prescribed law, the employee was reinstated with all the benefits.
