Section 47 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 The Constitutional Request for Merger of Corporations with the Bank for the Services of the Applicant serving in the Banker Equity Limited was absorbed in the Scheme, Grade II and its services Defendants were transferred to National. The Development Finance Corporation Federation of Pakistan imposed sanctions on the corporation and advised the employees to finalize a protection scheme. The corporation was merged with the National Bank of Pakistan and all the assets and liabilities of the corporation were immediately transferred to the National Bank of Pakistan took over. In order to verify all the allocation in respect of the current dues, the applicant claimed that under this scheme the National Bank of Pakistan raised objections to maintaining such application and emphasized that the corporation's Employees are entitled to benefit under the Nation Corporation scheme. Applicant's claim cannot be allowed after observing the scheme, in view of the emerging scheme by the Bank of Pakistan, section 47 (8) of the Ordinance of Banking Companies, 1962 and the emerging position by the National Bank of Pakistan. Is. Refer to Respondent No.1 in the interest of equality and fairness given the similar benefit that was given to other employees in similar situations.
