LIAQUAT ALI versus PROVINCE OF PUNJAB THROUGH SECRETARY EDUCATION, LAHORE
Un-trained PTC teachers in the Section 16 Punjab Service Tribunals Act (IX of 1974), Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 189, 190, 199 and 212 annual increments have claimed that the appeals filed by some teachers. I will not accept this claim from the Department Services Tribunal. They were entitled to claim for increment, which the Supreme Court upheld with the observation that the government, while fixing the salary of the PTC teacher, was under the purview of Section 16 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974. Can't back down, refuses to accept applicant's claim. Constitutional petition filed by the applicant in the light of his salary increase and his salary-paying service tribunal and the Supreme Court's decision preventing the verification of such decisions in this case. And that too violates Section 16 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act. 1974 Inheritance will suffer from misery The Supreme Court has stated that a public servant will be entitled to runoff when acting against a position. On an NGP scale, no court or authority can deviate from the Supreme Court's decision in the present case, which has decided a question about the law. The High Court has paid the incremental claim to the applicant. And accordingly directed him to pay his salary. \ r \ n
