Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Submission Grant Petition was granted under the condition number 24 of the refund of land grant as notification issued under Section 10 of the Government Land Colonization (Punjab) Act. I listed. 1912 and the petitioner paid the grant amount and demanded that the grant be canceled and thereafter the condition was provided to the applicant in condition no. 24 of the notice of land grant. If underground land is needed for a public purpose, the grant, on the demand of the collector, surrenders the land and he will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the land through which the applicant paid it. The grant amount was paid in full, no reservation of the above mentioned land could not have been done without this condition was 24 collector Condition No. 24 was entitled to refund T in the case of the applicant, in the circumstances he was entitled to a refund, along with the amount of his grant and other money which may be determined by the Collector in accordance with condition number 24, the High Court. Was instructed to comply with condition number 24.
