SUI SOUTHERN GAS COMPANY LTD., KARACHI versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN THROUGH MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL RESOURCES, GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN,
Section 2 (xxxii), 3 and 12 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition demands the supply of gas for a hotel-occupied power plant by the refusal of Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) To accept this demand, the appeal and review should be rejected. It was filed by the SSGC against the hotel by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority against the demand that the applicant did not export the hotel-based industry. And that accepting this demand is a violation of the Federal Cabinet's Economic Coordination Committee decision and electricity policies banning the supply of gas to hotels lacking foreign investment of 500 million rupees or more. Implies that the government will not rule on this matter after the government announces the dismissal of the applicant's hotel demand by the SSGC through electricity generation policies because Section 2 of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance 2002 (xxxii) There is no dispute regarding the regulated activity. All proceedings before the Authority were unmanaged and the High Court, with no jurisdiction, accepted the constitutional plea with the observation that the applicant would be free to make a new application to the Federal Government, which would be subject to the law and its policies. Will decide accordingly. \ r \ n
