The statements of thirteen witnesses, in the present case, showed that their evidence was hearsay and as soon as the trial court misinterpreted the evidence and misinterpreted that the recorded record Ayq there was no direct evidence against the accused is exactly as it appears and is not guilty of anything against him. That the prosecution would not be able to achieve its purpose by examining the remaining witnesses and that it was unlikely to end the case in any way, but till now the case of the present accused is concerned. It is a matter of record that a maximum of three FI rupees were registered with the interval, but the names of the accused did not appear in any FI and so no one was nominated by the complainant and if any. If the witnesses were examined, the prosecutor's case would not improve as a result of which the accused would be sentenced, this was a fair case where the District and Sessions Judge in respect of the accused (current applicant) The hearing proceedings will be canceled. The applicant / accused had no chance of being convicted of the alleged crime, because the proceedings, pending, were nothing but abuse of court proceedings.
