Article 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 The issue of filing an application by a holder Petitioner Company with the powers of retaining the application was aggravated by the registration of the trade union. The request was filed by a manager who objected to authorization from the respondents. With the approval of the board of directors' resolution in favor of the manager, he could not file the application. The petition could not be reliably filed because the power of attorney granted to the manager by the applicant was included under the Companies Ordinance, 1984, not the natural manager. Specifically authorized to file a petition in the High Court against the defendant when the company was initiating legal proceedings in the court, it had to be formally constituted and the petition was inadvertently filed by the authorized agent
