Sections 497 and 498 of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 392/34 before arrest and after arrest warrant, were not granted a special recovery of the accused. Their names did not appear in the FIR. The involvement of the accused in the case was due to the co-accused and some of them were allegedly guilty of a crime which was not acceptable in law, further investigating the circumstances.
