MUHAMMAD ALI versus STATE
Section 497 (2) of the Contempt of the Conduct (XLV of 1860), Section 302 bail, the approval of the case for further investigation, the clothes stained by the accused's home. The High Court did not believe that after committing the murder of the victim, the accused would remain with them for long enough to provide evidence against them.
