Section 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition Scope of Unlawful Disposal Act, 2005 Respondents filed a complaint against the applicant for illegal eviction from their shops by the Sessions Court. The unidentified injunction gave the impression that if a brother had illegally expelled his brother, the Illegal Disposition Act, 2005, would not be attracted to it and furthermore that the said act would not come into force. If a party acquires the property through a registered sale deed, such a view cannot be accepted by the Legal Sessions Court. , 2005, covers all cases of unlawful occupants without discrimination except for those cases which were already pending before another, resulting in the UM-affected order being set aside, petitioner's complaint trial. Constitutional appeal was accepted according to the court which was considered pending before the court and strict decision was taken according to the law.
