Section 12 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Article 113 The limitation contract for the specific performance of the sale contract was to be performed within three months of the date of its execution. The suit was filed after twelve years of such three months. In order to attract the delivery of its first section, section 13 of the Limitation Act, 1908, was to be set by the calendar of the date fixed for the performance of the contract, that is, the contract was to be executed by a certain date over time.
