Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunal Act, 1975, Section 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act, 1974, sections 44, 46 and 49 of the application for the right to appeal under section 9 of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The High Court abolished Section 10 of the removal of Azad Jammu and Kashmir from the Service (Special Powers) Act, 2001 and suspended its effect. It was appropriately amended in section 10 up to section 11 and by then the order of the jurisdiction would make the aggrieved public servant entitled to appeal under section 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunal Act 1975.
