SHAFIULLAH versus STATE
Section (c) Definition of Evidence A chemical analyst report occurred during the four-day delay of the entire prosecution case, sending a sample and receipt of the name by the chemical analyst, as defined by the prosecutor. The prosecution was tasked with obtaining a wrapper in which the sample was sent to the chemical analyst for trial before the trial court, to prove that the sheet was the one in which the sample was tested. At the scene of the incident, the specialist was eaten and prepared by neither the complainant nor the adviser on the packet of the sample. The model's advisor was signed by the authenticity, therefore, it was not confirmed by any evidence on the record, nor was the report's chemical suspect suspicious of the report, which was to be given to the accused in the circumstances.
