YOUNIS versus STATE
Appellant is exempted from the legal heirs of the victims who have been pleaded guilty under Section 410 of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 459/460/302/34 to appeal the conviction or sentence against the accused. And they have no objection to the parties that have gone bad. Under section 2302 (b), the case was entered into a settlement without coercion or severe crime, the PPC was compounded, thus the accused under it was acquitted of the charges under Section 9459/6060, P.K. The PC was not a compound, but the accused prayed for a reduction in punishment. The compromise would lead to disappointment, if the convicts were allowed to remain in the proceedings, the High Court reduced the convictions already under trial under S, 459/460, PPC.
