MST. KARAM SAWAI ALIAS KARAMO MAI versus GUL SHER
Section 42 Civil Procedure Code (V8 1908), O XVII, R 3 Demarcation Act (IX of 1908), Section 5 Suit Completion of Evidence Deletion and Trial Delay, Trial Trial Cases The defendants were asked to present evidence, but they failed to produce evidence despite the numerous opportunities provided to them by the trial court, requesting the delivery of OXVII, R3, by the CPC Closed and applied the trial under section 5 of the Limitation Act 1908, along with the appeal of the sanctions filed by the defendants. For the late condolences, the appellate court also dismissed that the plaintiff had expressed the delay on two grounds. It is clear that the plaintiffs were women. And second, that they did not know about the law that it was stated that the two grounds were neither exempt nor delayed in justifying the delay in accordance with the parameters laid down under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1908. In the absence of a good cause for condolences, the appellate court rightly dismissed the petition. The late condolence and revocation appeal, which was incompetent and subject to anything, was excluded in the circumstances.
