R3 (e) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) Dismissing the Credibility of Service Regular Investigations, Applying Disclaimer with the Principles of Natural Justice for the Judicial Officer to Have Corrupt Credibility by a Judicial Officer Was dismissed from the job. There was no regular inquiry before imposing a major penalty. The Judicial Officer was formally informed that the competent authority has decided to issue a regular inquiry which has been communicated to the Judicial Officer and was given an appropriate opportunity for a personal hearing by a High Court Judge. The nominee was also informed of the proposed action by the Judicial Officer of the competent authority, therefore, it can be safely concluded that the authority, before approving the dismissal order, had completed the law and the rule of law. Complies with which the Judicial Officer did not condemn any hearings, nor did he deprive the officer of Oath's explanation orized / fully authorized to give the authority whether to conduct a regular inquiry or in every case. Not dependent on the facts and circumstances of the High Court as well as the service tribunal fair and equitable with this case The way I did it, and he was not guaranteed any intervention by the Supreme Court. Appeal leave dismissed
