Section 42 of the Q 42 Statute (Ten of 1984 1984), the Section 117 suit that gifted the power of attorney dead to the scope of the plaintiff's contempt of the defendants was that, as the owner of the suit property, he had sued her. Variation of process and property on the basis of the said gift process and declared it illegal and violation of the rules of law.
