MUZAFFAR HUSSAIN AND OTHERS versus IFTIKHAR HUSSAIN

Allotment was available, after satisfying their claim, that the appellants could refer to the relevant forum for all legal exceptions to the rest of the legal estate; the order approved by the notified officer was properly maintained by the judge in the High Court chamber.
