Section 22A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Request Section 22A, CCPC was requested by the respondents for registration of criminal case and after hearing by the parties, Justice of the Peace Directed to file an application with Section H. The petitioners had challenged the registration of the case against both parties and ruled that the Justice of Peace was not authorized to direct the respondents, who himself filed under Section 22A, CRPC. The accused was in the application, would submit the application to Section H. The petition filed under Section 22A, CCPC for registration of the case, did not disclose the commission of any cognizable offense for the registration of a criminal case which guarantees the registration of a criminal case against the applicant and others. Could The matter between the parties was of a civil nature while the direction of the defendant to file the petition before the Department HO for the registration of a case against the applicant was clearly exceeded by the jurisdiction of the case. Because Section 22A, CRPC did not complain to the Justice of the Peace with any jurisdiction to file an application for registration with a third party to file a case against the complainant / applicants and defendants. Instruct The case was not a third-party but a respondent, who was the accused in the petition under Section 22A, CCPC, before the Court of Justice's order of justice was set aside.
