The overriding effect of deportation from the section LL Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Service (Special Powers) Ordinance, 2000 was directed against the decision passed by the service tribunal under which respondents were employed. An appeal against the dismissal was granted. After the termination of the Service (Special Powers) Ordinance 2000, proceedings against them under the Pakistan Cantonment Service Rules 1954 were not legal, despite the termination of the Service (Special Powers) Ordinance on this short basis, 2000, Pakistan Cantonment Service Rules 1954. The operation will continue and action will be taken against the respondents under the said rules, which will be in accordance with the provisions of law validity under Section 11 of the Service-Specific (Special Powers) Ordinance 2000, the action of Pakistan Cantonment. The service will roll out the 1954, unapproved requests, however, as the applicant is surprised. He gave a clear impression that instead of applying for a de novo inquiry under the Roll Tribunal decision, the order was legal under the pending law, he preferred to file these petitions before the Supreme Court, Debew. Will be entitled to take advantage of the time given by the Tribunal for inquiry
