The inquiry, which the High Court could not submit to the challan using its constitutional jurisdiction, and the petitioner was appearing in the trial court trial court. There was an excellent forum in which the applicant could dispose of all his complaints, even though otherwise the court had repeated questions, the applicant had failed to explain how he had dealt with the property in dispute. The request was removed.
