Section 8 Where the question arises whether a property belonging to a vacant property has been attached to a charitable, religious or educational trust or institution, it will be decided by the Chairman, the Chairman of the EQQ Property Trust Board. Shall have jurisdiction with respect to the property for which it is to be assessed. There is no dispute about its vacant role and the only dispute is whether the evacuation property belongs to the said trust or institution when such people are claiming to be part of the Muslim dedication to the property.
