The favor could not be granted, but it was for the time being that the plaintiff's possession of the land was clearly shown in the dispute in the injunction record, irrespective of the fact of ownership, the matter remained. It was clearly shown that the court must apply to find out the reasons for the prosecution in the case. The plaintiff was entitled to any relief to find out whether the claims made in this case were justified, if the court concluded that the initial plaintiff was relieved. If found, the plaintiff cannot. Reject for not showing cause of action
