KAPTAN versus STATE
Section 497 (Code of Conduct XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 337 H (ii), 114, 148 and 149 Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI of 1979), Section 17 (3) Bail, denied bail. On the basis of the strictness of the plea, the trial court reported that the accused had been charged and that the absconding accused had been declared the Chief of Medical Officer, but a cross-examination was reserved on the request of the accused. Things were considered, the date of the next hearing was set and bail warrants were issued, with the observation that the request for bail was rejected if no further progress was made within four months and the delay was deferred. If not, the defendant will have the freedom to repeat the bail application
