The Additional Sessions Judge of the Civil Court justified the dismissal of the complaint filed by the applicant under the provisions of Section 3 of the Unlawful Settlement Act, 2005, in favor of the accused as they were not present in the circumstances. Illegal, weak, or circle error was not identified Constitutional application was dismissed
