SAIN versus STATE
Section 7 377 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 203F (2B) The Federal Shariat Court upheld the conviction and sentence imposed on the accused by the trial court after re-examination of the evidence, irrespective of any unconstitutional decision. There was no illegal interference or statements by the prosecution witnesses. The contradictions found in the line-up were of the utmost importance, which relate to the exterior details of the case and do not in any way reflect the truth of the prosecution version. The defense version neither appeals to the argument nor the truth. It appears that the courts did not exclude from considering any evidence nor misrepresenting any material evidence on record, and the doctor punished the accused in view of the principles of the Chemical Examiner's medical jurisprudence report. The Supreme Court did not generally intervene in the case against the accused in connection with the physical offense. In the following concurrence of the courts, the accused was denied the permission to appeal the leave of the oil using oil in the circumstances.
