MUHAMMAD IQBAL AND OTHERS versus EXECUTIVE DISTRICT OFFICER (REVENUE), LODHRAN
Section 9 Punjab Revenue Department (Revenue Administration Posts) Rules, 1990 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3), 199 and 212 Promotion of High Court Constitutional Jurisdiction, Registration Requests from Government Employees Practicing Grief Filed The matter, which was allowed by the High Court and the matter was remanded to the authorities, with some directions was passed by a High Court Judge, which was heard by the Division Bench of the High Court which the petitioner raised. That is, in view of the bar contained in Article 1212 of the Constitution, the High had no jurisdiction over the matter, although the question of development resided in the jurisdiction of the competent authority, which usually includes a court law Cannot be interfered with but where the authority is able to develop or appoint a particular position. In violation of the law, in excess of jurisdiction, with no jurisdiction or unenforceable exercise of powers, it is an extraordinary jurisdiction of the High Court pursuant to Article 199 of the Constitution, always with the court for redress of wrongs. It may be argued that the Supreme Court refused to agree with the petitioner that this constitutional jurisdiction was not a valid case of the High Court's intervention in the exercise of the High Court. The decision of the authorities did not take its decision, therefore, such appeal was not immediate and relevant, leave to appeal was denied.
