R1 8 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) of the applicant's judicial proceedings was read by the R1 8 of the Western Pakistan Civil Servant Rules, making it mandatory that the proceedings of the department be dated to one and a half. Will not be established after the year. In the present case of retirement of public pensioners, no such proceedings were initiated. Applicants were unable to identify any irregularities or illegality in the involuntary decision. The appeal for leave of appeal was dismissed.
