Section 25A & 37 (3) Appeal to retain a service dismissal complaint, which was dismissed by the employee, had given a notice of complaint and then filed a complaint against him for dismissal. The Labor Court accepted that the employer had filed an appeal against the fact that the employee did not submit a notice of complaint to his employer, but served the Appellate Authority / Board of Directors appellate authority always considered different and different from the appointing authority. In the circumstances there was no notice of complaint of any kind and a complaint was heard by the employee. The impugned order approved by the Labor Court responsible for the rejection was set aside and the complaint request was dismissed.
