Section 13 (4) Industrial Relations Ordinance (XCI of 2002), Section 62 Objections and Implementation of the Seventh Wage Board of the Jurisdictional Employees (Terms of Service) Act, 1973, Award Petition for Applicant's Claims He was a newspaper employee. It was issued a directive to implement and recover the wage arrears which has been set by the Wage Board Award itself. And the determination of liabilities under section 62 (2) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 2002, prior to the direction of recovery, there was no condition that ground under section 13 (4) of the Newspaper Employees Act 1973 The tax balance was given under the arrears of arrears. There was no contempt of court action that the Tribunal exercised powers under section 13 (6).
