Was reinstated when the High Court made the observations, then instead of deciding on a review request, a new decision was made after the trial. It should have been sent to the trial court. The High Court had taken great pains to examine the case in view of the strange state of affairs, since the matter was long pending between the parties and the High Court was not justified. The High Court had given concrete reasons for the remand of the case to the lower appellate court and the lower appellate court had upheld the trial court's reversal. It was decided in favor of the plaintiff after a satisfactory application of the court, while the lower appellate court changed it without fulfilling the trial court's reasoning, the High Court restated the reasonable decision which led to the case.
