According to Section 25 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997, the decision date was banned for 105 days. The appellant stated that the delay was filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1908. There is no provision in the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 which can allow the court. Demanding the provisions of section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1908, the time for filing an appeal under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 was different from the time provided in the schedule attached to the Limitation Act, 1908, to file such appeal. The delay in filing an appeal by applying the Case 5, Limitation Act, 1908, could not be abolished.
