EFFECTEES OF JUGLOTE HYDEL PROJECT THROUGH THEIR REPRESENTATIVES versus COLLECTOR/DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, DISTRICT GILGIT
Section 18 and 12 (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Constitution Petition Award Notice for wrongful service reference limitation record is requested to serve notice under section 12 (2), CPC personally. But not on the applicants but on their representatives, even the representatives' signatures were not obtained by the (so-called) processor server because it was stated that the official status of the processor server is unknown, the notice was issued. But was not legally presented to applicants or their agents, by law. Therefore, under the 18 Land Acquisition Act, 18947, the applicants fell under the jurisdiction of six months, preventing the application of the objection from time to time, which was wrongly rejected.
