Punjab Civil Servants (Discipline and Discipline) Rules, Order for Recovery of Violation of R4 of 1975 was intended to compensate the Government for loss, depending on the facts and circumstances of a particular case, dismissal of employment. The order cannot be terminated in any way. The negligent principle of double jeopardy to the facts and circumstances of the present case was not attracted to the fact that the public servant was responsible for his loss by the government employee or the government or any other organization under which he was responsible. The Supreme Court refused to take any exception to the facts filed by the department officials and the service tribunal in view of the application of the Government Employee Number. Including a substantive question about the law of public importance so that the appeal for bail to the Supreme Court's intervention was refused
