Constitution of Pakistan (3 1973), the respondents of Article 99 Constitution constitutional petition were declared successful in the election and consequently it was informed that the applicant filed an election petition against the returning candidates / respondents. In which it was alleged that one of the defendants had also attached a Bogus metric certificate to him. The nomination papers were rejected on the basis that the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and RR 65 and 67 of the Punjab Local Government Election Rules, 2005, which were not verified, were verified by the election applicant. A constitutional petition was filed against the rejection of the election. The applicant was endorsed by the applicant, but was not mapped with reference to the paragraph numbers and instead all the paragraphs were affirmed on oath on the basis of knowledge and belief, the election petition was submitted to the Election Tribunal. The staff investigated, under which the same application was filed. Accusations by the presiding officer to hold regular hearings after the preliminary AR hearing, but never questioned by the respondents regarding its incorrect endorsement, the respondent's lawyer objected to the election petition The endorsement was later made by the applicant, there was no cost to the council for the respondents according to which paragraph of the election they could not demonstrate.
