Section (37 ()) and Constitution 38 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) the question was whether the respondents were employees or concluded that based on the material available on the labor appellate tribunal record of the contractor, Labor. Such inquiries were made by the learned employee, the High Court, who had practiced to present the evidence along with the relevant provisions of the law presented by the parties as both the courts found that the defendant was an employee. The employer was an employee and the contractor was not his. The employer will, on the ground that the decision is irrevocable, recognize that the jurisdiction under Article 185 (3) of the Constitution Petition will be accepted by the Supreme Court.
