The accused named in the section 497 Prevention Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 337A (ii), 148 and 149 bail, were filed on the occasion after manufacture and armed with accompanying accused. Agaia, who showed that the joint intentions in connection with the murder of both victims had begun and statements of three witnesses were recorded on bail, were dismissed, in the circumstances.
