Under section 498 Preventive Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 337H2, 337A2, 337L2, 452, 148 and 149 pre-arrest bail, under sections 452, 337H2, 337A2 relating to the defendant's denial. Was accused of being a crime. & 337L2, PPC, but Sections 452, 337H2, PPC were later deleted and the accused were challaned under other crimes, with the names of the accused in an act and concrete role. The FIR was filed because, after filing a lawsuit against him, he was taking advantage of the unusual exception. The pre-arrest bail, the only way or the other principle on which to extend the pre-arrest bail exception, was not available on record to the defendants in the case, with the exception of pre-arrest bail on the charge of extraordinary discounting.
